How can I purchase supplements?
Supplements can be bought in several different ways. For our customers' convenience, you may order by phone, over the internet at our website, or in person at Bodhi Body.
How are the products shipped?
Products from Bodhi Body are shipped by United Parcel Service. We offer ground and next day air service only. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally.
What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges are based on the weight and zip code to which the package is going, according to the fee schedule determined by UPS. The fee for overnight shipping exceeds the cost of ground shipping. For those ordering via the website, there is a flat fee for shipping.
Are the prices for supplements at Bodhi Body competitive?
Our medical staff researches and chooses all the products sold in the supplement store. While we try to be as competitive as possible with our prices, we stand by the quality of the products chosen to be carried here at Bodhi Body.
Do you offer a discount on supplements?
Yes. We offer a discount of 10% off all supplement and merchandise purchases for members of our TRUE Health Plan. Once you become a TRUE Health member, your discount is applied to any method of purchase. You may sign up for membership anytime at the reception desk, online, or by calling the office at 877-820-5115
Does Bodhi Body have a return policy?
All supplement and other retail sales are final.
How can I return unopened merchandise?
Unopened merchandise should be mailed back to Bodhi Body. Please include your name, address, and date of purchase. Please specify how you wish to be reimbursed, either by a refund to your credit card or credit left on your Bodhi Body account.
Do you keep credit card numbers on file?
When you sign up for the TRUE Health Plan your chosen method of payment, whether it be a credit card or ACH payment, and shipping information, will be stored within our secure software for ease of future order processing.
When I order supplements, what kind of personal information is required of me?
In order to completely process your supplement order, the following information is necessary: your name, current address, daytime telephone number, method of payment, the products you wish to order, and in what quantity. How do I store my supplements so they maintain optimal freshness?
All products do not need to be refrigerated. It is recommended that the products that do not require refrigeration be stored at room temperature. Products such as ones that contain live cultures and essential fatty acids should be refrigerated. When in doubt, please read the label.
Why do some products have expiration dates, while others do not?
According to Food and Drug Administration guidelines, supplements are not required by law to have an expiration date. It is up to the discretion of the manufacturer as to whether their product will be labeled with an expiration date.
Can supplements interact with medication that I am taking?
Questions regarding supplement and medication interactions should always be discussed with your Bodhi Body physician.
A physician at Bodhi Body made a comment about a supplement and I'm curious how I may find out more information about it?
Without the specific name of the product mentioned it may be difficult for the medicinary staff to assist you. If you tell us, for instance, that the supplement was suggested to aid in cholesterol control we may be able to list policosanol or niacin, and that might prompt your memory as to which one was discussed on the program.
Can you make any recommendations as to what product is good for my specific condition?
