Regardless of background, ability or circumstance, everyone begins each yoga practice from the same place: Where you are today. Our highly qualified teachers know this to be true and use their experience to help you find that place each time you join them in the studio. With an attitude that binds compassion to encouragement, they seek to move you forward and to see you bloom.

Greg Burney
There is a reason yoga has been practiced and taught for so many centuries: It works! Having personally embarked on a path of self-discovery six years ago, Greg began the practice of Ashtanga yoga. At the time, he could not fathom the depth of yogic knowledge that lies beneath the surface of asana practice (postures). Today, Greg has experienced much physical, emotional and spiritual growth as the result of a consistent yoga practice. He emphasizes breath as the first thing you learn in his class. So simple, so beautiful, yet so profound. Greg received his 200-hour teacher training certificate from Inner Vision Yoga in Chandler, AZ and is currently pursuing 500 hours of certification.
Sara O'Connor
Sara's approach to yoga is strongly influenced by her background in dance and movement arts. She strives to impart a sense of grace and fluidity to her flows, while building safe and stable alignments. Sara believes that yoga asana practice is an individual experience - both a journey inward for the mind, and an outward expression of the spirit. She hopes to empower others, through her classes, with the tools to have a greater understanding and acceptance of their own unique bodies. Sara has been teaching movement arts for several years and received her yoga training from Innervision yoga here in Arizona.
