| Suitable for all levels, Yin-Yasa begins with gentle postures to target the connective tissues of the body that
are not normally exercised in more active (Yang) styles of asana practice. Targeting hips, pelvis and lower spine, postures are with
a slow and smooth Vinyasa flow to lengthen and strengthen muscles. The combined effect is a state of harmony and health that is created
only when contrasting aspects are experienced before coming into balance. Music may be added to enhance your Yin-Yasa experience!

| Energize the mind and body in this fun flow class that emphasizes the fundamentals of yoga in dynamic sequences. Teachers offer new and exciting postures while ensuring that more difficult poses are practiced safely and effectively. Inversions, arm balances and backbends are often presented. Expect to move and be moved. Bodhi Flow is likely to feature up-tempo music. All levels welcome. |

precise skeletal alignment and muscle action. It is an intelligent practice that builds strength, flexibility and balance. Abundant instruction
and correction are given so that each pose is safe, grounded and integrated. Once alignment and balance are achieved in the body, they will be
reflected in the mind. Students leave rejuvenated and carry with them a sense of calm and well-being. |

In this unique class, encouraged and supported by our doctors as a doorway to healing, we will explore easeful Asana and movement synchronized with the breath. The class with end with hypnosis led by Dr. Heather Wdowin. Hypnosis can increase the immune system, lower blood pressure, and help people achieve a relaxed state free from stress and worries. A gentle way to restore a loving and healing relationship to the body. Open to all levels. |

| This fun flow class introduces the beginning student to vinyasa, a smooth style of yoga in which poses run together and become like a dance. Yet, it moves at a moderate pace to keep more experienced yogis engaged. This style allows for a lot of diversity and will most certainly include Sun Salutations. Emphasis is on breath-synchronized movement, technique and strength-building.

| Bodhi Flow with Heat |

| Same great class as Bodhi Flow, but with the heat kicked on to warm muscles and thereby prevent injury. Heat helps you get into the postures easily while detoxifying the body through sweat. The room will be warm, not burning, at approximately 90 degrees. Bring drinking water and a hand towel!

| All ages have found that Tai Chi workouts deliver dramatic results for the body, mind, and spirit. Originally developed in China many hundreds of years ago, the practice emphasizes slow, deliberate movements, deep breathing, postural alignment, and the integration of body and mind. As a form of martial arts, this program focuses on the principles that harness the internal energy necessary for advanced movements and provides proven benefits such as improved blood pressure, posture, balance, coordination, range of motion, and muscle strength and definition.
